In nativeMsg, a channel is a connection to a messaging destination. The channel could be a Facebook Messenger, native SMS/MMS, Slack, Telegram, etc.
A channel provides the connection to send and receive messages to and from the users. When using any channel, you must provide valid credentials to connect that channel.
